What you pay each month
$15 covers your first 3 phones. Every extra phone adds $5.
What am I paying for?
The phones (or tablets) your team uses to send in their work. We call each one a seat.
Do I pay to see the results?
No. Looking at your records on a computer is free and never uses a seat.
Can I add or remove phones later?
Yes, any time. A new phone works straight away, and you only pay for the days left in that month. A removed phone keeps working until your paid month ends.
What happens after the free trial?
Phones stop sending new work, but nothing you saved is lost. Subscribe and you carry on where you left off.
What if I cancel?
Everything keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. After that you can still look at your data for 90 days.
What if my card payment fails?
Nothing stops straight away. We email you, and your phones keep working for 10 days while you fix it.
Who takes my payment?
Paddle. They are the official seller of Trogster subscriptions, so your payment, receipt, currency and tax are all handled by them. We never see your card number.
